天氣冷就是要吃火鍋，不然要幹麻勒。介紹一家在台南健康路上的一間火鍋，小葉鍋物，他的用料實在，又新鮮。這間店可是饕客強力推薦，原本我還半信半疑，畢竟吃過這麼多鍋，還真沒有讓我一吃驚豔的。

為何以驚豔來形容?

先從簡單的冷飲說，非一般市面上看到的紅茶，麥茶，而是。。。。檸檬水與蜜茶，

有著檸檬香氣卻不過酸，不用擔心傷到琺瑯質。

蜜茶甜香卻不甜膩，忍不住多喝幾杯。

豬油拌飯整個香氣逼人，而且這個荷包蛋是半生不熟的那種，筷子一劃開，黃色蛋液流瀉出來，

拌著豬油香味的飯。。。。超好吃的，立馬吃光~，真的是享受啊，一定要試試的。

(謎之音啊~飯不是要配火鍋料和主餐嗎？）

而他的火鍋配料也是一點也不馬虎的，滿滿的，絕對是讓你滿滿滿~足的。

這裡共鍋不用加價~想吃什麼就點什麼，不設定用餐時間，讓客人吃的開心過癮無負擔。

吼~講了那麼多，終於要來說重頭戲啦！

有鮮蝦，鮮蚵，蛤仔，干貝，魚片，小鮑魚，花枝，真的是料多實在。

重點是，鮮蚵大又飽滿，蛤仔還是活的耶，花枝脆又甜，九孔鮑吃的到海味。

料實在，又新鮮，看了都流口水了。價錢約300~ 必推的啊。

看看這鮮蚵，真是肥美啊，煮完後，完全不縮水。

單點的牛肉片也只要60元，相當的便宜哦。

 抱歉，照片太少，因為一上菜，就馬上丟進鍋煮，趁著煮熟空檔拍個幾張，

等一煮熟，大家筷子一啟動，馬上清潔溜溜。

Today I want to introduce one great restaurant- Xiao Ye Guo Wu which is on Jian Kang Road in South District in Tainan City. Actually, I didn't trust it is so good to eat at first time. But when I entered in, I was satisfied with their drinks and food.

It is not like normal restaurants to offer black tea, green tea or wheat tea, otherwise, it is lemonade and honey tea.  You can smell strong flavor of lemonade, but it is not too sour to drink. So does honey tea.

The lardy rice［zhū yóu bàn fàn］is a traditional food during early Taiwan society. Chopsticks slipped through the outer part of over medium egg~ Owww~ that really makes me crazy. 

Here, the Sea food hot pot must be ordered. Large oysters, fresh clams, springy cuttlefish......and one abalone as big as a baby's palm..........How much is it? Only 300 NT.
